How to Cancel Your Subscription

Last Updated: August 22, 2026

You can cancel your LuveDay paid subscription (Lite or Pro) at any time. Because payments are processed directly by third-party platform stores or secure payment gateways, cancellation steps depend on where you originally purchased your subscription.

Keep Your Premium Access Until Period Ends

Canceling auto-renewal stops future billing charges immediately. You and your connected partner will retain full access to your paid tier features and extra cloud storage until the end of your current billing cycle.

Option 1: Subscriptions Purchased on iPhone / iPad (Apple App Store)

If you subscribed to LuveDay inside the iOS app, your subscription is managed by your Apple ID:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your Name / Apple ID banner at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Select LuveDay from your active subscriptions list.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial) and confirm.

Note: If you do not see a Cancel button, the subscription has already been canceled and will not renew.

Option 2: Subscriptions Purchased on Android (Google Play Store)

If you subscribed to LuveDay inside the Android app, your subscription is managed by your Google Account:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
  2. Tap your Profile Icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Tap Payments & Subscriptions, then select Subscriptions.
  4. Locate and select LuveDay.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription at the bottom and follow the on-screen prompts.

Option 3: Subscriptions Purchased on Web / Direct Billing

If you subscribed via our web portal or direct credit card billing:

  1. Open the LuveDay app or log into your account on the web.
  2. Go to Settings > Account & Security.
  3. Tap Manage Subscription to access your secure customer billing portal.
  4. Click Cancel Subscription and confirm your choice.

What Happens After Cancellation?

1. Couple Shared Perks Impact

Since LuveDay operates on a single-subscription model for couples, canceling the active paying subscription affects both accounts once the current billing cycle expires:

2. Data & Stored Media Safety

Reverting to the Free tier will never delete your existing photos, files, or messages. However, if your stored content exceeds the Free tier limit, uploading new media will be paused until storage usage falls below the threshold or a new plan is activated.
