Method 1: Inside the App

1. Open the LuveDay app on your device.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap on Account & Security.
4. Press Delete Account and submit feedback (Optional).

Method 2: Email Support

If you have already uninstalled the app or no longer have access to your device, you can request manual deletion:

• Please send an email to studio@youngdaizi.com.
• You must send this email from the email address associated with your LuveDay account so we can verify ownership.
• Our team will process your deletion request manually within 30 days.

Important Notice: LuveDay uses End-to-End Encryption (E2EE). When your account is deleted, all encrypted text messages, shared images, media files, and calendar anniversary events are permanently wiped from our servers. Because we hold zero-knowledge keys, this action is completely irreversible and your data cannot be recovered by anyone.
